Our PENNE embrace the Genoese tradition with a touch of PUGLIA, or rather, of MURGIA. SENATORE CAPPELLI wheat is an ancient and authentic wheat, rich in VITAMIN B. The low GLUTEN content makes our penne rigate a HIGHLY DIGESTIBLE food, ideal for those who love UNIQUE FLAVORS.

QUALITY IS NOT IN A HURRY

We work the pasta at a very low temperature, drying it at 40° for 72 hours in order to preserve its flavors and organoleptic qualities.

INGREDIENTS: Organic durum wheat semolina, water and 10% organic grossetto.

ALLERGENS: Produced and packaged in a laboratory that uses gluten, nuts, soy and shellfish.
