Legume pasta is particularly appreciated for its nutritional value. It contains a high percentage of proteins, offering the right amount of energy, carbohydrates and fibers that help regulate the intestine.

QUALITY IS NOT IN A HURRY

We work the pasta at a very low temperature, drying it at 40° for 72 hours in order to preserve its flavors and organoleptic qualities.

INGREDIENTS: Organic pea flour and water.

ALLERGENS: Produced and packaged in a laboratory that uses gluten, nuts, soy and shellfish.
